Vitamin Boosters
Feel your best from the inside out.
Beautiful skin, healthy hair and real energy don’t just come from what we put on our face, they start from within. Busy lives, stress, diet and our lack of Welsh sunshine can all leave us feeling run down.
Vitamin Boosters are part of my wellness range, designed to support how you feel as well as how you look. Each booster is given as a quick injection, after a full assessment to make sure it’s right for you
Assessment required – Vitamin injections are prescription-only. Before your first booster you’ll need a prior assessment, including your medical history and any medication you take. Treatment is only given where it is assessed as suitable and safe for you.

Your assessment
Because vitamin injections are prescription-only medicines, your safety comes first. Before any booster we’ll go through a full assessment, covering your medical history, any medication or supplements you take, allergies, pregnancy or breastfeeding, and how you’ve been feeling. Not everyone is suitable for every booster, and if a booster isn’t right for you, I’ll tell you. In some cases I may suggest you speak to your GP first.
- Time: around 10 – 15 minutes after your assessment
- Comfort: A quick injection, usually into the upper arm, with minimal discomfort
- Afterwards: You can carry on with your day straight away. Mild soreness at the injection site is possible
- How often: A course is recommended for most boosters for the best results, either over a number of weeks or spread across the year. We’ll plan the right course for you at your assessment
- Price: See price list
FAQ's
Can I have more than one booster?
Yes, many clients combine boosters. We’ll decide what suits you best at your assessment.
Can I have a booster alongside my other treatments?
Absolutely, they’re a great add-on to any treatment. A booster only takes a few minutes, so it fits easily into your skin, anti-ageing, filler or brow appointment.
Do I need a course?
For most boosters, a course is recommended for the best results. This might be over a number of weeks or spread out across the year, depending on the booster and your assessment.
Who can't have Vitamin Boosters?
Some medical conditions, medications, allergies and pregnancy can mean a booster isn’t suitable. That’s exactly why a prior assessment is required before any treatment.
