The skin under your eyes is some of the thinnest and most delicate on your body, and it’s often the first place to show tiredness, stress and ageing. Puffiness, dark circles, fine lines and crepey skin can make you look exhausted even when you feel great.

Eye-Bag Reduction with Dermaheal Eyebag Solution
Best for: puffiness and under-eye bags / fluid retention

Dermaheal Eyebag Solution is a professional peptide treatment developed specifically for puffy under-eyes and eye bags. It contains a blend of four biomimetic peptides, which are lab-made versions of proteins your body naturally produces.
How it works:
The peptides work to improve circulation and lymphatic drainage under the eyes, helping clear the fluid that builds up and causes puffiness. They also help firm and tighten the skin, so the area looks smoother and more lifted.
The treatment:
The solution is applied to the under-eye area using fine, superficial injections. Each session is quick, and you can get on with your day afterwards, although, as we are adding fluid to the area in treatment, its normal to look more puffy than before for 1 day – up to 2 weeks post treatment.

Under Eye Polynucleotides with Plinest Eye
Best for: thin, fragile skin, fine lines and long-term skin repair
Polynucleotides are one of the most exciting treatments in aesthetics right now. Plinest Eye is made by Mastelli, the Italian company that pioneered polynucleotides, and it’s specially formulated for the delicate eye area.
What are polynucleotides?
Polynucleotides are highly purified DNA fragments, sourced from fish. When they’re placed in the skin, they work at a cellular level to kick-start your skin’s natural repair process.
How it works:
Rather than adding volume like a filler, Plinest Eye works to regenerate the skin from within. It stimulates the cells that produce collagen and elastin, improves hydration, and supports healthier, stronger skin. Over time, the under-eye area looks thicker, smoother and brighter, with softer fine lines and reduced dark circles.
Your course:
- 3–4 sessions, every 2–3 weeks
- Results build gradually over the course and continue improving for weeks afterwards

The key with under eyes is to be PATIENT with the process. It’s such a delicate area, and it’s hard to judge from surface layer how many sessions you will need. I always take before and afters to ensure we are making progress in the right direction.
- Time: 30 Minutes (Including numbing)
- Pain: 5/10
- Downtime: At least 48 Hours
- Do’s/Dont’s: Do inform me if you have had filler under the eyes previously prior to treatment – this will not treat removal of filler. Do be patient with the results. 3 sessions recommended depending on severity of eye-bags. Don’t wear making up on the area for a couple of days.
- Longevity: 3-6 months expected, but every body is different. Some clients report still having results 6+ months later.
FAQ's
Does it hurt?
All three treatments use very fine needles. Most clients describe a slight scratch or sting. Numbing cream can be applied first to keep you comfortable.
Is there any downtime?
There is a little. You may have small bumps, mild swelling, redness or occasional bruising for a day or two, which settle on their own. Some clients report to extra swelling day 1 after treatment (usually only on session 1), which reduces with a regular cold compress and antihistamines.
Can I wear make-up afterwards?
It’s best to avoid make-up on the area for 24 hours to reduce the risk of infection.
When will I see results?
Results build gradually across your course of treatments, with many clients noticing fresher, brighter eyes after the first couple of sessions.
Will it completely get rid of my eye bags?
These treatments can noticeably reduce puffiness and improve how the under-eye area looks. Some eye bags are caused by fat pads or genetics, and these may need a surgical option. I’ll always be honest at your consultation about what results you can realistically expect.
Who isn't suitable?
Under-eye treatments aren’t suitable if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, have an infection or inflammation around the eyes, have certain medical conditions, or are allergic to any ingredients (including fish, for polynucleotides). Please get in touch if you have a medical condition that you are unsure is suitable.
