At Vixen Brows & Aesthetics, I offer professional anti-wrinkle consultations in my comfortable home studio in Swansea. Together we’ll work out a treatment plan that gives you a smoother, fresher, natural-looking result. No frozen faces, just a well-rested version of you.
Your consultation
Because anti-wrinkle treatment uses a prescription-only medicine, every client must have a full face-to-face consultation first. During your consultation we will:
- Talk through your concerns and the result you’d like
- Go through your medical history to make sure treatment is suitable and safe for you
- Explain what to expect, including possible side effects
- Agree a personalised plan, with no pressure to go ahead
How does it work?
The treatment works by temporarily relaxing the small muscles that cause expression lines. When those muscles move less, the skin above them smooths out. It’s quick, with no need for time off afterwards, and the results build gradually, so the change looks natural.
Is it right for me?
Anti-wrinkle treatment isn’t suitable for everyone. It isn’t suitable for you if you’re pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you have certain medical conditions or take certain medicines. This will all be checked at your consultation.
- Time: 15 Minutes
- Pain: 7/10
- Downtime: 24 Hours (Must not lay flat for 4 hours following treatment)
- Do’s/Dont’s: Do avoid alcohol for 24 hours prior to treatment. Don’t rub the area following treatment, don’t lay after treatment, don’t participate in activity that will make you sweat for 48 hours following treatment
- Longevity: 3 – 6 months
