- Do’s/Dont’s: DO wear a low top to your HIFU face appointment to allow access to neck. DO drink lots of water before and after. DON’T drink alcohol before. DON’T expose yourself to heat for 48 hours after (sauna/steam/sunbed)
- Longevity: Results last long term – you will continue to age as normal after 3 months
