Booking & Cancellation Policy

At Vixen Brows & Aesthetics, we pride ourselves on providing a professional and relaxing experience for every client. To protect both our time and yours, we kindly ask all clients to read and agree to the following booking and cancellation terms before making an appointment.

📌 Deposits

• A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure all appointments.
• This will be deducted from your treatment price on the day.
• Please note: deposits are strictly non-refundable, non-transferable to another person or appointment type.
• When absolutely necessary, and with more than 48 hours notice, you may be able to transfer your appointment day/time if there is availability one time only! Vixen Brows reserves the right to refuse this if it causes major disruption. This does not apply for weekend.

📌 Cancellations & No-Shows

• 48 hours’ notice is required for all cancellations or rescheduling.
• Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, or failure to attend, will result in a charge of the full appointment cost, as we are unable to fill the slot at such short notice.
• Repeat no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

📌 Lateness

• Please arrive on time for your appointment.
• When you are more than 15 minutes late, your treatment may be shortened or, in some cases, rescheduled to avoid overlapping with the next client.
• In either case, full payment will still be required.

📌 Illness & Medical Conditions

• If you are feeling unwell and feel you cannot attend the appointment, please contact Vixen Brows asap. Your deposit may still be lost if we cannot fill your appointment slot.
• For your safety, we cannot carry out most treatments if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have certain medical conditions/contraindications. Please contact me prior to appointment to discuss.
• Clients with allergies must inform us before booking.

📌 Vouchers

• Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
• Once expired, vouchers cannot be extended or refunded.
• Vouchers are non-transferable.

📌 Treatment Suitability

• If you have sensitivity, or previous reactions, please inform us. A consultation and patch test may be required prior to certain treatments.
• For any reason, if  you are unsuitable for treatment on the day due to not following pre-treatment advice (e.g., recent sun exposure, incorrect preparation), your deposit will be lost, and full payment may still apply.

📌 Agreement

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. These policies are in place to protect both our clients and our business, and to ensure everyone receives the best possible experience.

Please note your appointment is only confirmed when you receive an email confirmation.

If you need to book an appointment or reschedule ahead more than 48 hours before – please use Instagram or Facebook message where possible. Due to using gloves & clinics mostly being back to back with clients I am often unable to answer my phone but can be reached on message most hours of the day!
